Unity MicroFinance — 12-Branch Design-Build
Twelve identical 280m² branch buildings delivered across six states in 40 weeks using a kit-of-parts design — every branch solar-powered from day one.
The engineering challenge
Identical branches, wildly different sites: soil conditions from Sokoto sand to Bayelsa swamp, six state approval regimes, and a hard CBN licensing deadline that fined the client per late branch.
How we solved it
One structural kit, three foundation variants pre-engineered per soil class. Regional subcontractor cells from our 240-firm bench built four branches each while a flying QA team enforced a single standard. All twelve passed CBN inspection first time; the client's fine exposure: zero.
