The Wuse Atrium Residences
Our own 38-unit residential development: build-to-rent apartments over retail, hybrid solar power plant, and 96% occupancy since opening.
The engineering challenge
As both developer and contractor we set ourselves a brutal brief: hotel-grade uptime on power and water in central Abuja at rents the upper-middle market would actually pay — with a 20-month construction window on a tight urban site.
How we solved it
A 210kWp rooftop array with 430kWh storage was designed into the structure, not bolted on, cutting diesel to a backup role. Modular bathroom pods manufactured off-site saved 11 weeks. The building now serves as our permanent proof-of-concept — prospective clients tour it weekly.
